More flexibility granted to the real estate sector this time around but still no visits on the properties possible. The contribution of new technologies with remote visits and other electronic signatures are a great help but not enough, rare are the buyers who do conclude without having visited the property.

Yet, surprisingly, after the first week of reconfinement results of the market are still positives. "It seems that this second confinement has even further reinforced the desire of some to change their life and thus increase the phenomenon already observed during the first confinement", underlines Alexander Kraft, CEO of Sotheby's International Realty France - Monaco, who specifies having sold a property in the southwest for more than 8 million euros and a property in Paris for more than 15 million euros during this week of reconfinement.
