Dinard agency presentation
Since its creation in 1995 by Christophe MARTIN, Cabinet MARTIN has rapidly established itself as one of the leading real estate agencies on the Emerald Coast, specializing in the prestige real estate sector. Its success led to Cabinet MARTIN's selection in 2007 by the prestigious global network Sotheby's International Realty, now known as Côte d'Émeraude Sotheby's International Realty.
The property is nestled on a lively city thoroughfare, close to the five-star Grand Hôtel Barrière. Within these walls, eyes are drawn to a multitude of works of art, including iconic objects and paintings.
The three professionals on the Dinard real estate site are fluent in English and German. Each member of the team has in-depth knowledge of the local market in Dinard and the surrounding area, and outstanding expertise in the field of prestige real estate.
At Sotheby's International Realty, customer care is not limited to the transaction itself, but extends far beyond. The network sets itself apart by offering a discreet, expert approach to managing real estate transactions, whether for the purchase, sale or year-round rental of exceptional properties.
The Dinard real estate market
The Dinard region has always attracted a clientele seeking tranquility and a privileged link with the sea. Recent years, however, have seen a transformation, with the development of telecommuting. More and more customers now wish to acquire a main residence around Dinard, while retaining a pied-à-terre in the Paris region. This trend reflects the desire to reconcile a peaceful living environment with the advantages offered by the flexibility of telecommuting.
The towns of Dinard, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Malo, Lancieux and La Richardais are among the most popular destinations on the Emerald Coast. Particularly sought-after and well-known neighborhoods in Dinard include the Pointe de la Malouine, the Écluse district, the town center and the Saint-Enogat district.
Sotheby's International Realty offers many exceptional properties scattered along the Emerald Coast. Among the most sought-after properties in and around Dinard are sumptuous villas and contemporary houses with breathtaking sea views. The agency's portfolio also includes a selection of studios and apartments in the town center. This diversity is the strength and added value of “Côte d'Emeraude Sotheby's International Realty”.
Dinard: history and heritage
The introduction of the first sea-bathing establishment in Dinard in 1858 was a great success. This marked the beginning of the appropriation of the coastline for therapeutic and recreational purposes. The Écluse beach even became a symbol of the aristocratic elite. The Prieuré beach, on the other hand, was considered more discreet and family-oriented. Casinos, bathing establishments and hotels became emblematic elements of the seaside resort. Thanks to the arrival of these wealthy tourists, Dinard began to take on a more modern look in the late 19th century.
Today, Dinard residents can enjoy a multitude of activities in the heart of the town, including the Clair de Lune promenade and the Pointe du Moulinet.
On the gastronomic front, the town is blessed with a number of restaurants serving regional dishes. These include “Le Saint Placide” and “Le Pourquoi Pas”, both of which have been awarded a Michelin star for their refined cuisine.
With the growing complexity of the legal, financial and tax environment, the Emerald Coast team, supported by the entire Sotheby's International Realty network, is ready to respond rigorously and confidentially to all customer questions and concerns.
